On Sunday Dec 16, 2018, after an amazing three-decade journey with cancer, Roberta Ann Mulvehill, surrounded by family exactly as she wanted, died peacefully at age 82.
Roberta was born in 1936 to Robert and Dorothy Geldner in St Peter, Minnesota.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Scott Fultz (Deborah), Kristi Fultz (Phil), Mark Mulvehill (Tammy), granddaughters Cassidy, Kiera and Payton, great grandson Kaian, many nieces and nephews, and the extended family of friends whose hearts she touched deeply. Roberta was preceded in death by her daughter Angel and brother Robert Leonard Geldner.
Roberta’s diverse work experience ranged from telephone operator at Disneyland, to special needs teacher, to consignment entrepreneur supporting artisan crafted clothing for children. Roberta (Robbie) worked with her father and eventually inherited operation of Homeline Furniture, a family business esteemed for supporting community.
Roberta loved cooking, spending time at the lake, and visits with friends and family, especially over the Christmas holiday season. Roberta’s generosity, altruism and social conscientiousness were an example and inspiration to all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be Friday, December 21, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at St. Peter Funeral Home immediately followed by a celebration of her life at The Red Men Club in St. Peter.
