Sandra "Sis" Pell

      Sandra “Sis” Pell, 78 of St. Peter, died on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

Memorial service will be 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Peter with the Rev. Tom Harries officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm Tuesday at the church. Remembrances for the family can be left at www.saintpeterfuneralhome.com

Sis was born on July 10, 1939 in Mankato to Lee R. and Sue Smith. She graduated from St. Peter High School in 1957 and was united in marriage to her high school sweetheart, William C. “Bill” Pell on June 18, 1960. Sis was a homemaker and a bookkeeper for Pell Insurance and Real Estate and an active member of the Church of the Holy Communion. She was always supportive of her children’s and grandchildren’s activities, loved to be with family and friends, golfing, baseball and reading.

Sis is survived by: daughter Shari (Jim) Brostrom and sons Lee (Linda) and Ben (Joanna), all of St. Peter. Six grandchildren: Matthew (Marissa) Brostrom, Kristina Pell, Thomas Pell, Brittany (Scott) Schaffler, Samantha Pell and Lola Pell; great grandson Oliver Brostrom; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill in 2008 and her parents.
