Dennis Scott Forsythe

Dennis Forsythe, age 64, died peacefully at High Island Creek Residence in Arlington on Wednesday, March 29, 2017.

Memorial service is 11:00 am on Monday, April 3, 2017 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, St. Peter with visitation one hour prior. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Dennis was born in Deer River, MN on November 18, 1952 to Warren and Alvina Forsythe. Dennis worked at MRCI in Mankato. He lived in Hope Residence in Belle Plaine and worked at New Options in Shakopee before moving to High Island Creek.  He enjoyed books, magazines and looking up information on the computer. His special interest was American History; especially the Old West.

Dennis is survived by his mother, Alvina Forsythe of St. Peter; brother Gerald (Carol) Forsythe of Clover SC; niece Jennifer Forsythe of Lake Wylie SC; nephews: Jonathan (Amy) Forsythe of Bloomington MN and Andrew (Lauren) Forsythe of Leesburg VA; grand nephews and nieces: Tristan, Samuel, Alissa and Lily Ann; his one on one Ashley Larson and the loving and caring staff at High Island Creek.

He was preceded in death by his father, Warren and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
