Donna C Wolfe

Donna C. Wolfe, age 99 of St. Peter passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter.

A celebration of Donna's life will be held at 2 pm on Friday, May 8, 2009 at First Presbyterian Church in Kasota with Chris Conlin officiating. A private burial will be held at Greenhill Cemetery, St. Peter. St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Donna was born on September 5, 1909 in New Ulm to John L. and S. Elizabeth (Youmans) Cuddy. She was schooled in Mankato, graduating from high school in 1927. She is a graduate of Mankato Teacher's College and taught grade school for over 40 years; teaching in Kasota, Groveland, and most of her career with Mankato Public Schools. She married Roger J. Wolfe on August 19, 1939 at her home in Mankato. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Kasota, the church Women's Society, Eastern Star, teacher's organizations and bridge clubs.

Donna is survived by many nieces and nephews and received special care from her nephew Jerry Wolfe and his wife, Darlene. Donna endeared herself to her family and friends and she will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger, her parents, three sisters and a brother.
