Christine Fruth Otto

Christine Fruth Otto, age 51, of Victoria, Texas, and formerly of St. Peter, Minnesota, died at the Citizens Medical Center in Victoria on August 13, 2011. Her body has been cremated and a graveside service will be Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Cemetery in St. Peter, Minnesota. Burial will follow the service.

Christine was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, on February 27, 1960, the daughter of Vincent and Lorraine (Lorge) Fruth. Graduating from St. Peter High School in 1978, Christine also graduated from Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota, with a degree in marketing. She worked as a manager of women's clothing and shoe stores in Minnesota.

She is survived by her parents Vincent and Lorraine Fruth of Boone, Iowa; a daughter Amanda Otto and husband Bill Carls of Chetek, Wisconsin; two sons Tony Otto and wife Anna of Austin, Minnesota and Adam Otto of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; a sister Catherine Johnson and husband Richard of Nevada, Iowa; and six grandchildren.
