Patricia Dion, age 68 of Mankato, MN, died April 16, 2010 at her home.
Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the St. Peter Funeral Home in St. Peter, MN, with Rev. Greg Stone officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery at a later date. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Laura Davis, of North Mankato; mother, Jeanette Thuringer of St. Peter; granddaughter, Monica Johnson of North Mankato; great-grandson, Dustin Johnson; brothers, Bill Thuringer, of North Mankato, Ron (Barb) Thuringer, of Saint Croix Beach, MN, Ed (Pam) Thuringer of St. Paul, MN, John Thuringer; sisters, Janis Venneman of St. Peter, Mary Jo Novy, of St. Peter, Barbara Sunderman, of St. Peter, Ann (Jim) Neary, of St. Peter; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Dion; father, William Thuringer; and brother, Dave Thuringer.
Special thanks to Dr. Stelter and Dr. R, the ISJ Cancer Center, the hospice nurses and other staff.
