Stephen J. Kramer, age 65 of Mankato Passed away on Thursday, September 23 , 2010 at his home.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 until the start of the service at the funeral home.
Stephen was born on January 10, 1945 in Minneapolis, MN to Joseph and Geraldine (Blake) Kramer. He attended and graduated from Anoka High School. Stephen was a truck driver and enjoyed being on the road. He had recently retired. In his free time, he enjoyed bicycling, fishing, hiking, taking care of his vehicles, and having coffee with his friends. He was a good listener and always willing to lend advice. He especially enjoyed spending time with his dog, Paco.
Stephen is survived by his daughter, Stephanie (Cody Wolcott), grandchildren: Joseph and Jeremy (Carmon's children), mother Geraldine Mutch; brothers: Richard (Miriam) and Mike (Yon Cha), step-sisters: Cheryle Emerson, Lorrie Zacharias and Susan (Bob) Allen; and many other relatives.
He was preceded in death by: daughter Carmon; father; step-father Walter Much; and sisters: Nancy Schwichtenberg and Kathy Andresen.
