Gerald David Heath of St. Peter passed away on April 17, 2011 in Le Sueur, MN as a result of a heart attack.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel. A memorial will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 21st at Union Presbyterian Church in St. Peter. Donations can be made to the church of the donors' choice.
Gerald was born on December 28, 1960 to David and Geraldine Heath in La Rochelle, France. He spent several years with his family living throughout the world while his Father served in the military. He returned to the St. Peter area in his teens and graduated from St. Peter High School in 1979, and worked in several fields during his career, including owing his own tree trimming business.
Gerald always had time for those in need and loved to share his wisdom and humor with all. He loved motorcycles and enjoyed being outdoors. He was a donor and he will live on with those he has helped.
He is survived by his children, Brittany Heath of Brookings, SD and Garret Heath of Brainerd, MN, his mother and her husband, Geraldine and Marcus Raasch, sisters Teresa Heath and Carole (David) Twait of St. Peter, and several nieces and nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, aunt, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandfather.
