Beatrice "Bea" Mihm, age 70 of St. Peter, passed on the morning of Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at the Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in St. Peter.
Bea was born on May 3, 1937 in Minneapolis, MN to Bud and Maebelle Brindley. She attended school in Minneapolis, graduating from Thomas Edison High School in 1955. She worked for Prudential until her mid 20's when she met and married Phillip "Pete" Mihm on February 26, 1962. They eventually settled in Morris, MN where they farmed. They retired in 2005 to St. Peter.
She was a member of the homemakers club and the mission circle. She enjoyed cooking and baking, game shows, and especially spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a very loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Bea is survived by her husband Phillip, children: Martha (Keith) Baker, Peter (Donna) Mihm and Anne Mihm; grandsons Brian and Jack; siblings Liz (David) Burkland and Jim Brindley and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bill.
