Elizabeth Ann Prom, age 68 of Madison Lake, died Monday, August 18, 2008 at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Church of St. Peter with Rev. Phil Schotzko officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, St. Peter. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Peter Funeral Home-Klein Chapel with a 7 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.
Elizabeth was born on January 27, 1940 in Nicollet to Anthony and Eda (Giefer) Epper. She graduated from Nicollet High School in 1958 and went on to attend nursing school in Sioux Falls, SD. She married Edward Prom on August 7, 1970 in St. Peter. She worked as a nurse at Immanuel St. Joseph's Hospital as well as the Le Center Nursing Home until her retirement. She was a member of the Church of St. Peter and enjoyed flowers, crafts, and collecting stuffed animals.
She is survived by her husband, Edward of Lake Jefferson; siblings, Charles (Dianne) Epper of Nicollet, Mary (Neil) Warmack of Coon Rapids, and Bill Epper of Nicollet; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
