Marian CJ Skogstad, age 79 of St. Peter passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Eric Natwick officiating. Burial will be 10:00 am on Friday, December 26, 2008 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm on Monday, December 22nd at St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
Marian is survived by her children: Carol (David) Bungert of Bloomington MN, Mary Skogstad of St. Peter, Barbara (Jack) Albrecht of St. Peter, Clifford (Kate) of Browerville MN, and Linda (Randy) Shinabarger of North Branch MN; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great grand children.
She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford in 1997, son Gary in 2004, a baby daughter, parents and her brother and sister.
Memorials preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church.
