Elizabeth "Betty" Appel, age 57 of Eagle Lake, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at Immanuel "St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at the Church of St. Peter in St. Peter with Fr. Phil Schotzko officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. Peter. Visitation will be one hour prior rot he service at the church on Wednesday. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
