Bradley L. Rossing was born to Vernon & Ardis (Peterson) Rossing on March 6th, 1953 in Watertown MN. Brad struck a deer with his motorcycle on September 26th, 2021 and after complications with his lungs, passed away at HCMC in Minneapolis on October 26, 2021 at the age of 68.
He is survived by his wife, Bev of Nicollet; son, David (Sarah) and grandchildren, Chloe & Bryce of Banks, OR; sisters, Jill (Byron) Norell of Gaylord & Julie (Mark) Frankamp of Nicollet; sister-in-law, Cathy Rossing of New Ulm; and his favorite cat Ellie. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Brian.
Brad loved to be behind the steering wheel of a semi-truck. It was such a passion that before he graduated from Nicollet High School in 1971, he joined his Dad’s trucking business. They hauled livestock and later moved to hauling grain to Savage. On June 1, 1974 Brad married Beverly Schewe in Sleepy Eye, MN. They had one child (David) in 1980. Brad continued to drive truck with his Dad. In 1989 Brad started to drive for Randall Foods hauling groceries until 1999. After that he sold truck parts for Freightliner, Mankato Mack, NCI and retired from Allstate Peterbilt on January 1st, 2019. Brad loved to fix anything he could get his hands on. His mind was amazing. Brad loved our Lord, and God gave him a gift for understanding mechanical things which he used in countless creative ways to show the love of God to those around him. His quick wit also gave us many laughs. He will be missed by many.
