Marjorie M. Kleist

Marjorie M. Kleist, age 90 of St. Peter, passed peacefully on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the Benedictine Living Community, St. Peter.

Memorial service is 11:00 am Saturday, October 3, 2020 at St. Peter Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at the Winthrop Cemetery. Memorials can be given to St. Peter Lutheran. Condolences for the family can be left at www.saintpeterfuneralhome.com.

Marjorie Martha was born July 9, 1930 in Winthrop to Edwin and Claribell (Fultz) Krueger and she is a 1949 graduate of Gaylord High School. Marjorie worked hard to raise her family and was a cook for many years at South Elementary School in St. Peter. She was a member of St. Peter Lutheran and the St. Peter American Legion Auxiliary; and she enjoyed working in the yard, walks around town, and socializing with family and friends.

Left to remember Marjorie are: sons: Byron (Patty), Mark, Dean (Kim) and Owen; daughter Laurie Duis; 11 Grandchildren; 19 Great  grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dale.
