Stacie Marie Eckerdt

Stacie Marie Eckerdt, age 52, of St. Peter, died on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the Mayo Clinic Health System, New Prague.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022 at the St. Peter Funeral Home, 906 N. Washington Avenue, St. Peter. There will be no visitation prior to the service.

Stacie Marie was born on May 12, 1970 in Harvey, ND. She graduated from Bismarck High School in 1987. She married Jeff Eckerdt on August 6, 1997 in downtown Sturgis, SD. Stacie was a wellness manager at the St. Peter Food Co-op. She was a member and supporter of Land Stewardship Project. Stacie was creative and enjoyed art projects. She loved cooking, gardening, riding motorcycle and spending time with her children and granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff of St. Peter; son, Aaron Eckert and his daughter, Ivy; daughter, Abbie Eckerdt; brother, Darrin (Ernesto) Burri; and mother in law, Joyce Eckerdt.

She was preceded in death by her grandma, Norma Hirschkorn; and mother, Rhonda Hirschkorn.
